Tuesday

Utica, Rome and Western Oneida County.
Metro Syracuse including the counties of: Onondaga, Oswego, Cayuga and Seneca.
Metro Rochester including the counties of: Wayne, Ontario, Monroe and Livingston.

Wednesday
