Capabilities:
- Multiple Auto Indexing Do-All, Hyd-Mech & Marvel vertical and horizontal band saws. These saws can cut up to 18" square and offer a 40" material feed stroke. Miter cutting is available.

Shearing
Capabilities
- Multiple Cincinnati Shears with ½" thickness x 12' long capacity. Multiple LVD Shears with ¼" thickness x 12' long capacity.
High Definition Plasma and Torch Cutting
Capabilities
- Koike Aronson High Definition Plasma table, Plate Pro Extreme Model 2500 with 8 foot wide x 40 foot long down draft table. This includes a full Oxy setup capable of burning up to 4" thick plate.
- Our plasma can process carbon, A36, A572, A514, Abrasion Resistant and Diamond Plate at 2" Max Production Pierce & 3" Max Edge Start.
- Stainless Steel at 1-1/2" Max Production Pierce and 2-1/2" Max Edge Start.
- Shapes, holes and slots are all easily burned when you send us your drawing file. ProNest software will maximize full plate usage. Etching capabilities for part numbers, logos or reference lines.
Brake and Punching
Capabilities
- Accurpress 250 ton 12 foot Press Brake.
- We are able to bend up to 3/8" thick at the full 12ft length. Multiple Dies with 1/8"-1/2" radius available.
- Iron workers with full die packages for punching and slotting.
- Mag Base drilling available for carbon applications.
